Abstract

Rhinoseptoplasty represents a complex surgical procedure and its primary goal is to achieve a functional and aesthetically attractive nose. The success of their results is significantly determined by performing a systematic and meticulous preoperative aesthetic and functional analysis by the surgeon, complemented with thorough and reproducible operative records. The authors present, in detail, a proposal of a protocol for preoperative analysis and surgical recording documented in paper and/or electronically in rhinoseptoplasty candidates, adapted for each individualized treatment plan.
