Abstract

A 68-year-old male patient underwent wide excision of nodule-ulcerated basal cell carcinoma located at the left nasal sidewall, resulting in a triangular defect as previously delineated. Triangular advancement flap was used to perform the nasal reconstruction. The final result was aesthetically acceptable.
