Important changes were introduced, including the criteria for diagnosis of rhinosinusitis in children, temporal and etiological classification of acute rhinosinusitis, control criteria of chronic rhinosinusitis, complications of acute and chronic rhinosinusitis, nasal irrigationin acute rhinosinusitis, antibiotic treatment in chronic rhinosinusitis and adenoidectomy in children with chronic rhinosinusitis.
