Endoscopic sinus surgery with frontal mucocele marsupialization: A case report

We report a case of a 26 year-old man with diplopia, proptosis and a mass in superior eyelide of the left eye, slow-growth, with 2 months duration. He had a history of facial trauma 5 months ago. The CT and MRI showed a frontal sinus mucocele. The patient was treated with antibiotic and had been subjected to functional endoscopic surgery with marsupialization of the frontal mucocele.
