We report a patient diagnosed of a larynx sarcomatoid carcinoma,a rare process, whose epithelial surface, by means of degeneration and differentiation, changes towards invasive carcinoma at the time of neoplastic proliferation of spindle cells. More usual in smoker-alcoholic men.
Most usual seat is glottic, with an epidermoid-like pattern, and polypoid growth that takes up glottic airway.
Although there is no standardization in therapy, it is recommended to follow epidermoid carcinoma guides.
