Dysphagia lusoria – case report

Dysphagia lusoria is an unusual clinical entity, caused by oesophageal obstruction due to extrinsic mechanical compression originated by aortic arch anomalies. The authors present a case report of a 61 years male referred to the Otolaryngology Department with dysphagia for 3 months.
