Surgical techniques addressing symptomatic osteomas of the frontal sinus, which are inaccessible to an endonasal· endoscopic approach, very frequently employ an external route and end up with a non functioning sinus. In the present report, we describe a surgical case in which intra-sinus tumor removal was accomplished through o minimal external frontal sinusotomy, using a lynch incision, and was further supplemented by modified Lothrop procedure in order to simultaneously retain intact sinus function.
