Linfoma T/NK extranodal tipo nasal de localização atípica na orofaringe

O linfoma de células T/NK constitui um subtipo raro de linfoma nasosinusal, previamente conhecido por granuloma letal da linha média, caracterizando-se pela destruição progressiva das estruturas medio-faciais. Existe uma forte associação com a infecção pelo vírus Epstein-Barr. Apresenta-se o caso clínico de uma mulher de 43 anos com linfoma T/NK extranodal do tipo nasal com localização atípica na orofaringe. Apesar da sua raridade, existem actualmente esquemas terapêuticos bem definidos. Contudo, o prognóstico permanece geralmente desfavorável.
