Os autores apresentam um caso clínico de um doente de 78 anos a quem foi diagnosticado um pseudotumor inflamatório da laringe. Os autores fazem uma breve revisão bibliográfica sobre as manifestações clínicas, diagnóstico e possíveis opções terapêuticas existentes.
