Los linfomas del temporal suelen ser metástasis locorregionales. Su clínica es inespecífica o atípica, sin asociarse a síntomas generales. Son inusuales, aumentando su prevalencia en inmunodeficiencia crónica; y cursan con histología de alto grado y rápida evolución, aunque responden bien al tratamiento con quimioterapia.
