Resumo

Presentamos un caso clínico de linfoma plasmoblástico relacionada con el SIDA localizada en cavum y con afectación ganglionar cervical y sin la participación de la cavidad oral. En nuestra revisión de la literatura este es el primer caso descrito en esta localización. Los hallazgos histomorfológicas, inmunofenotípico y del análisis molecular se presentan y se discuten.
